Jennifer Cole – Managing Director
Jennifer has extensive experience in business having worked for COSTCO in USA and as a Business Development Manager for a large Surf Life Saving Club in Australia. Her experience involves direction of the business and establishing appropriate protocols. Previously she was responsible for establishing Art Union Ticket Sales and increased by 80% over campaign utilising volunteers and staff; in direct co-operation with General Manager arranged for corporate personnel to raise funds for the Surf Club by obtaining pledges; Re-wrote Employee Handbook and Quality Control Systems including HR Manual, OH&S and procedures. Jennifer also wrote the PETCO employee handbooks and procedures which were integrated into all stores nationally in the USA.
Ian Waller – General Manager
A Senior Executive for the last 12 years including roles numerous roles as a Senior Executive and General Manager. Extensive experience in building rewards programs having built both business to consumer and business to business programs. His achievements are many and in the rewards area he was solely responsible for initiating, establishing and managing the largest Cause Related Marketing Rewards Program in Australia. This involves corporate entities providing discounts to a Peak Bodies members and member businesses. He negotiated and established contracts with 43 x suppliers into program. His connections and ability to get the best deals are vital to ensuring the mission statement is delivered.
He also built a small business platform for a commercial business prior to striking out on his own.
